Missing Luggage  

 You get additional information about the status of your missing luggage on the website of your airline (the last carrier). The link can be found on the top of your baggage irregularity report. As soon as your luggage is ready for delivery, the delivery service will contact you.  

In urgent cases please call (daily between 08.00am-08.00pm) our hotline: 0180-55 66 233 *.

In case of damaged luggage, please contact your airline directly. The damage will then be replaced by your airline according to the liability conditions.
